EatDenver connects Colorado’s independent food and beverage concepts with each other and the regional community on an annual basis, celebrating and promoting local dining through The Big Eat food festival, Savor the Season dinner series, and ED Talks event.

ED Talks: March 10, 2026
A TED-Talks-style event featuring six, 10-minute talks crafted to inspire and empower an audience of 250 industry professionals about their roles in the industry.

The Big Eat: July 23, 2026
An annual, 1,200-attendee celebration of the region’s independent dining scene with small bites and sips from more than 75 local restaurants and beverage producers.

Savor the Season: Sept 28 - Oct 1, 2026
A four-night dinner series featuring five-course dinners from 24 of the region's leading chefs to benefit culinary and community advocacy.
