Jonesy’s Eat Bar

The Bitter Blush
1 ½ oz Leopold’s Gin
¼ oz. hibiscus syrup
½ oz. Cointreau
½ oz lemon juice
Dash of Fee Bros. Rhubarb bitters Shaken and strained over ice. Garnished with lemon and hibiscus flower

Boba in a Lychee Tree
½ ounce Kaffir Lime Infused Vodka
3 lychees and syrup
1 tbsp Heavy Cream
2 tbsp Sweet Condensed Milk
¼ Tapioca Pearls
Blueberry Coulis
Crushed Ice

In bottom of rocks glass put the Tapioca Pearls.  Swirl Blueberry Coulis around glass.  Blend with crushed ice, Kaffir Lime Vodka, lychees and syrup, heavy cream and sweet condensed milk.  Pour into glass and top with whipped cream or Kaffir Lime Foam and a bruised Kaffir Lime Leaf.

1.25 oz Van Gogh Dutch Chocolate vodka
1.25 oz Van Gogh Black Cherry vodka
Splash of cream and grenadine
Garnish with Venezuelan Chocolate shavings and Amarena cherry

Bloody Orange Mojito
juice of 1/4 blood orange
¼ fresh lime cut into 3 segments
10 fresh small mint leaves
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz sour mix
10 cube of ice
2 oz light Bacardi rum
2 oz champagne
1 bamboo skewer, blood orange segment, basil seeds and 2 small mint leaves for garnishing
Place the first 3 ingredients together in a 12 rock glass using a muddler, crush the lime segments while bruising the mint leaves. Add the simple syrup, 3 oz sour mix, ice, Bacardi rum and 1 oz champagne to the mint leaves mixture and shakes well for at least 20 seconds in a shaker.  Strain the cocktail in a champagne glass and top off the glass with 1 oz champagne. 
Put about 25 basil seeds in the drink.  Garnish the cocktail with a blood orange segment and mint leaves.

whisk until foamy, add ice, shake hard strain into coupe garnish w/ dehydrated strawberry

.5 oz. Cranberry Juice
Amaretto Di Saronno
Flower garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to a martini glass. Float Amaretto and garnish with a Flower.

1oz cranberry
Sage leaf
Shake and strain into a chilled glass with a cinnamon sugar/agave rim Garnish with a flamed orange twist.

Shake all ingredients over ice, strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a string of pomegranate seeds.
