General Armjillo's Colorado Lamb Chops
Grilled double-thick Colorado Lamb chops au jus, accompanied by spaghetti squash with fresh garden mint atop winter greens and port wine mushrooms, served with the Fort dinner salad of seven crips greens topped with pickled ginger, diced jimica, toasted pepitas and a pepperdew pepper. Also complimentary with freshly baked pumpkin walnut muffins and rustica roll sprinkled with locally produced spice mix.
